Doğan Paradise Beach Hotel

Not a luxury but comfortable small family hotel. Very friendly staff, most speak English and/or German. The main hotel building is right on the beach, several other smaller houses are in the hotel garden, maximum 100m from the sea. The equipment is simple but functional, clean and sufficient (family room with 2 bedrooms). The kitchen cannot match the big hotel chains, but the food is good and you always choose. Wide selection of desserts and salads. Small swimming pool with slide. The hotel has its own sandy beach with free sun loungers and parasols, the sea has a gradual entry. Nice place for undemanding travelers who want to enjoy a quiet holiday directly on the beach.

Nice beach and sunset. Lots of dogs and cats if you are into that. Dogs were noisy at night. Personal was okey, but not skillful. Food wasn't great. We also had digestive problems. Rooms were quite uncomfortable. Air condition was extremely noisy. We had problems sleeping. We was Kicked out of the hotel without warning 5 hours before pick up by transit to airport. I personally don't recommend.

I think what makes a hotel beautiful is its appeal to the eye, its hygiene, and then it comes. We have come to Özdere before, the sea is beautiful. We found this hotel at the last minute, but only the staff are bright and smiling. Employees who are trying their best to improve the hotel. The smiling faces of the employees, the fact that they take care of everyone, keeps the place a little alive. Apart from that, the variety of dishes is less, but it was delicious and clean. I am calling out to the hotel owner and officials, since you are serving, make some renovations to the rooms, make some renovations to the hotel, the bathroom smells, even the water smells strange, the rooms are old, the rooms are large, but the maintenance is lacking. If you say cleaning, I said to the person who will come to clean our room, can you just clean the bathroom, change the towels and throw out the trash? The lady had only changed the trash, so what's up, the bathroom is a very old one. Please make a little eye appeal. Chicken, which is a must in the meals, was almost every day, I won't say anything to the food, but are those plates and forks washed, so the hotel should go into a general maintenance and pay attention to its hygiene, there is no ventilation in the WCs and the WC in the lobby is badly dirty. Cats and dogs were not allowed in the place where we ate. cleaning, hygiene is very important, visuality is very important ... I'm just saying, we would like to thank those bright young people who love to entertain people and our older brothers who work very clean. Even if a little maintenance is done to the hotel when you have such nice employees, you will go to that hotel every year. Thanks.

I just left the hotel, I'll write my long review on the way back. Firstly; This is a very sweet hotel in a very beautiful location, where you can feel like you are in your own summer house rather than a hotel, the concrete is less green, the cats and dogs lie in the sweet shadows without touching anyone, the distance between the room-restaurant-bar-beach is only three or five steps. In detail, the hotel is old and the most affordable hotel in the area. Don't expect to pay the least and get the most service anyway. Price performance here. Rooms are old but clean. All of them have balconies. Even sitting on the balcony is very pleasant, as the two-story tiny blocks are located in the garden. The facility is small, old, with limited facilities, but basically everything you need is there. Food is average. I was never hungry because I was planned. I did not eat anything too delicious. Sometimes fish or chicken was grilled for dinner, they were very nice. Side dishes, appetizers, were not very tasty. That's why I always consumed main course and salad. The breakfasts were good, there was always hot omelette and egg service. At noon, I waited for the snack bar and pita, they were the stuff that kept you full. Every time I went to the pita pancake buffet set up between 4-5, I waited in line for 15-20 minutes. Three employees were able to deliver a bagel to 6 people in front of me in 20 minutes. Once, I ate an empty pancake because I ran out of stuffing... These were unpleasant mishaps. The bar was good for tea coffee water beer. I wanted gin once, I think it was spirit.. Continue with beer. The beach is sweet, the sea is shallow, two steps of pebbles at the entrance and then sand. One day there were a lot of waves and there was a lot of moss. Apart from that, it is very pleasant to enter that warm and clean water. I've never had a problem with sunbeds. I never used the pool, mostly families with children preferred the pool. The pool area looked beautiful too, with plenty of shade and sun among the trees. Finally, all the staff were very sweet, no matter how lacking. Energetic, smiling and very respectful people work. They make people forget everything. Thank you to all the staff for everything.

We were surprised that the room we bought as a family room with the recommendation of Joly tour was a bungalow when we went. The rooms were quite old and very narrow. In the children's room there was barely room to take a step between the two beds. The lack of fly screens on the windows made it a bit difficult for us since it is a place in nature. At one point, ants invaded the children's room. You should not keep food in the room. Both rooms have air conditioning. There is a TV and a mini refrigerator in the master room. The sheets were clean. They came and asked for daily room cleaning. The meals included 2-3 main courses (fish, chicken, meatballs and barbecue), as well as many appetizers, salads and fruits. Desserts were few and repetitive. The pita & pancake & burger section was the weakest area. The pitas were served quickly before they were cooked. I saw pancakes and pitas as a waste of material, they could be so tasteless. Ready-made sinitzel is used instead of meatballs in the burger. The drinks satisfy you in every way. Human resources deserve the most important congratulations. It is their greatest chance to choose such dedicated and immaculate children as their staff. The water motor of the slide is operated between pool 11-13 and 15-17. Since there are rocks in the sea, swimming goggles and shoes are required. Do not enter the adjacent military area. A family went that way and complained that their child was bitten by something and the child cried until the morning. I am writing this specifically because the hotel did not warn about this. Overall we were satisfied.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The rooms were extremely old and smelled. Although I went with my wife, there were 2 separate single beds. The food, breakfast and lunch, is extremely bad, just to pass it on. Evening meals were good, but there was an incredible queue there too. It is not possible to enter the sea because there are waves in the afternoon. The pool is just too small for children. So once you go, you never go again.
